Husband of trainer killed in Texas faculty shooting dies from heart assault

UVALDE, Texas - The husband of an elementary school instructor killed during a mass capturing in Uvalde, Texas has died of a coronary heart assault.

Family members inform FOX 26 Joe Garcia, the husband of Irma Garcia, died Thursday - simply two days after his spouse was tragically killed when a gunman entered Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde and opened fire. 

Mrs. Garcia was considered one of two lecturers, along with 19 college students who have been killed in the deadly massacre.

The couple was married for 24 years and leave behind four children.
