Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Close to White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive into a concrete safety barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the automobile about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers stated.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the entrance across the road from a Secret Service guard put up, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There have been two juveniles in the automobile. Each have been taken to a hospital and are now in secure condition, officers mentioned. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face fees.
