Uvalde police, school district not cooperating with Texas probe of taking pictures: Sources

The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Impartial School District police pressure are not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's assessment of the regulation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources inform ABC News.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Unbiased School District didn't immediately respond to requests for remark from ABC Information.

Reached by ABC Information, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Safety said, "The Uvalde Police Department and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police offered an initial interview however has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days in the past."

Final Tuesday's assault, one of the worst faculty shootings in U.S. history, left 19 kids and two adults useless.
