Wife filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading a whole bunch of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had a whole lot of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any photographs just like the ones Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his primary telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
