Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that phone had tons of of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was utilizing did not have any photos similar to the ones Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been buddies and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his primary telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same charges as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
