Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with baby porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of images of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the gadget and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their dwelling.
