“This escape was clearly well-planned and calculated. Loads of preparation went into this. They had loads of resources, had tags, had autos. They had every thing they wanted to drag this off,” Singleton said during a Monday evening press convention.

“We acquired a dangerous man off the street right this moment. He's by no means going to see the sunshine of day again, and that’s a superb factor, not just for our community but that’s factor for this nation,” he added.
