Wife crammed husband’s telephone with child porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading lots of of images of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn in their residence.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his primary telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
