Wife filled husband’s cellphone with child porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading tons of of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn of their house.

The police say that telephone had lots of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”
