Spouse filled husband’s phone with little one porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading hundreds of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn of their home.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of pictures of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures just like those Moore changed into them. Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical charges in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
