HAMILTON (Mercer) — A police chief from Burlington County now dealing with DWI prices in Mercer County was lying down in the highway behind his pickup truck, keys and cellphone strewn close by — as seen in physique digicam footage from the April arrest.
The video shows what happened after police caught up with Bordentown Police Chief Brian Pesce, who was been charged with crashing his automobile and fleeing the scene earlier within the night.
