BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after multiple signs saying "faculty shooter" had been found in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Safety announced. Man Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple charges.

Hanson allegedly placed the indicators around the communities, the Division of Security said, however they determined there isn't any credible threat at the moment.
The New Hampshire Department of Safety is investigating indicators that read 'college shooter!' which had been found in multiple communities New Hampshire Division of SecurityOne such signal was written on a paper plate. The security department released a photograph of the plate but blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony cost of criminal threatening and three misdemeanor expenses together with false report to law enforcement, false public alarm and felony threatening. He is being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged right now.
