Fernando Dallorso, the final manager of Cipriani in New York, told the New York Occasions that Zamperoni was a “devoted arduous worker” who cooked six days a week and “by no means missed a day of labor.”
The kitchen workers mourned the loss, Dallorso advised the Instances.
