Paul Pelosi: Nancy Pelosi’s husband arrested on DUI prices

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, according to the Napa County Criminal Justice Network's public reserving report. Each charges are misdemeanors.

Pelosi was trying to cross SR-29 when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 2014 Jeep touring northbound on the street, in accordance with a collision report from the California Highway Patrol, which does not establish either driver as being at fault within the crash. Troopers were referred to as to the scene just before 10:30 p.m., the report said.

There have been no accidents reported in the crash and the Jeep's driver was not arrested, the report mentioned.

CNN has reached out to the freeway patrol and the Napa County Sheriff's Workplace for added details.

Bail was set at $5,000 according to the reserving report, and data point out Pelosi was released Sunday morning.

"The Speaker is not going to be commenting on this personal matter which occurred whereas she was on the East Coast," a press release from Drew Hammill, Pelosi's spokesperson, said. CNN reached out for an updated assertion after the collision report was launched.
