The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Unbiased Faculty District police pressure are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary School and the state's overview of the law enforcement response, a number of law enforcement sources inform ABC News.
The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Unbiased College District didn't instantly reply to requests for remark from ABC News.
